Club Fees

Membership Fees

Current annual renewal subscription fees are due on 1st October each year, and are as follows. NDAC fees will be adjusted for those joining as new members during the year on a pro-rata basis.

Note that Archery GB is in the process of changing its fee structure (as of Summer 2024) and therefore the club’s fee structure may need to change accordingly in future.

New archers joining the club will need to manage their own membership of Archery GB via their website (Archery GB Become A Member). This will be explained to you upon completion of the course. Existing members will also need to manage their own membership of Archery GB upon renewal, after 2025. Archery GB charge for 12 months membership from the date of becoming a member.

Each club member wishing to shoot must be a member of Archery GB for insurance purposes.

Note that our members are additionally charged a small subscription to our local governing bodies – the Southern Counties Archery Society, and the Kent Archery Association (although we shoot in Surrey, the club originated in Kent). These bodies help to promote the sport locally, as well as sometimes organising tournaments and events, and our membership of them is a condition of being part of the Archery GB affiliation scheme. Their current charges are detailed in the table above, and their fees will be added to the NDAC club fees when joining the club.

Para archers who have a physical or visual impairment are very much welcomed at the club, and have discounted membership. See the Archery GB Paralympic Archery for more details on this aspect of the hobby.

Associate Membership Fees

Fees for Associate Members (those archers who have a different, primary, club, but who also wish to shoot with NDAC) are the same as for Full / Junior Members. They do not need to pay county or region fees via our club, and their membership of Archery GB will be managed by the archer directly, or by their primary club. As detailed on the Joining The Club page, benefits attributed to Associate Members are almost identical as for Full Members.

Visitors’ Fees

Archery GB members who are not members of the club are welcome to shoot with us for a visitors fee of £5 per visit.

Beginners’ Course Fees

Our beginners course runs for 3 weekly sessions of coaching, and includes an additional 2 weekly sessions shooting with the club. The cost is £65 per person. An adult and junior signing up for the course together receive a combined discount of £20. See the Beginners’ Courses page for more details and to apply.

New members who have completed our own Beginners’ Course receive a discount on their initial membership fee of £10 for adults, and £5 for Juniors and 18-24 years
